About Us

Tradeila (Singhania Overseas Ltd.) is a China-India-Nepal trade and sourcing company with offices in Guangzhou, Yiwu, Baigou, Delhi, Nepal, Hong Kong and Vietnam. We help Indian businesses import directly from verified Chinese manufacturers, handling sourcing, quality checks, logistics and compliance.

The Role

You will be the first voice of Tradeila for Indian importers and traders. You will call inbound leads from our WhatsApp and Meta campaigns and outbound prospects, qualify them, and pass serious buyers to our sales team.

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (In office)

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Call leads within minutes of enquiry and understand what they want to import, the quantity, budget and timeline

Qualify leads (genuine importer vs. price-checker) and record every call in Zoho CRM

Follow up over call and WhatsApp until the lead converts or is closed with a reason

Book meetings and hand over qualified buyers to the sales team

Explain our sourcing, quality-check and logistics process clearly, and build trust with first-time importers

Occasionally visit clients or markets in Delhi-NCR for meetings and follow-ups, as required





Reach daily call, qualified-lead and follow-up targets

Report weekly on lead quality and common buyer objections

Requirements

1-3 years in telecalling, inside sales or lead qualification (B2B preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.

Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of a South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam) is a plus

Comfortable on WhatsApp Business and basic CRM/Excel

Confident with numbers (quantities, pricing, currency)

Self-driven, persistent and comfortable with rejection

Graduate in any stream

Good to Have

Exposure to import/export, trading, sourcing, logistics or manufacturing

Experience with Zoho or another CRM

Salary: Rs. 15,000+ per month fixed + performance incentives on qualified leads and closures
