Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our HR Consulting & Recruitment firm. The candidate will be responsible for B2B cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development by connecting with companies and promoting our recruitment and HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold calls to companies, HR Heads, Business Owners, and decision-makers to generate business leads.
- Introduce and explain the company’s recruitment and HR consulting services to prospective clients.
- Generate recent leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, online research, and other channels.
- Identify potential companies with regular hiring and staffing requirements.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying clients.




- Maintain and regularly update the client database and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in HR Consulting, Recruitment, Staffing, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, LinkedIn, and email communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
