Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, counselling prospective patients, understanding their fertility requirements, driving appointments and consultations, and converting qualified leads into patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients and customers.
- Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information regarding fertility services and treatments.
- Counsel prospective patients and address their queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp,



and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into doctor consultations and appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective patients to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions in CRM..
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience throughout the interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 - 10 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Sales, Patient Counselling, CRM, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent counselling, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
