- Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor electric injection moulding machines during production.

- Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time.

- Check product weight, appearance, dimensions and overall quality.

- Identify and report defects, rejection and machine abnormalities.

- Make basic machine adjustments to maintain consistent production.

- Monitor mould operation and report any mould-related issues.

- Maintain production and rejection records.

- Keep the machine and work area clean and follow safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the supervisor, quality and maintenance teams.

- Ensure proper shift handover and smooth production.

- Requirements:
- Mandatory: Previous experience operating electric injection moulding machines.

- Experience in thin-wall injection moulding is preferred but not compulsory.

- Basic understanding of injection moulding processes and machine parameters.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- * Ability to maintain production quality and minimize rejection.
