Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving the production of plastic moulded parts as per schedule.
2. Responsible for entire shift operations in the Injection Moulding Shop.
3. Handling Operators, Setting up the Process and the auxiliary equipments as well as completing shift documentation will be basic responsibilities.
4. Experience on ALL ELECTRIC Injection Moulding Machines, Mould Temperature Controllers, Vacuum Conveying Systems, Take-Off Robots etc. required.
5. Production planning, Mould setting, mould change will be basic responsibilities.
6. Prior experience in Handling Measuring Instruments like Micro-meter, Vernier Callipers and Pin Gauges etc. will be beneficial.

Preferred candidate profile A) Extensive Experience in Mould Process Setting, Robot Handling.

B) Meticulous Planner as well as drive to execute as planned.

C) Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving, Mediating attitude.

D) Valuable Crisis Manager

E) Preferable from small & precision component manufacturing industry.
