About the Role-

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor Cum Videographer who can conceptualize, shoot, edit and deliver premium video content for our luxury brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and/or sports content, with the ability to create visually engaging videos that reflect a premium brand image across Instagram, YouTube, Reels and other digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete video production process — from pre-production and shooting to editing, post-production and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities-

Videography & Content Production

Plan and execute professional video and photo shoots across salons, events, campaigns and brand activities.

Shoot high-quality content for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube, digital campaigns and advertisements.

Capture hair transformations, beauty services, styling, products, events,



behind-the-scenes content and brand experiences.

Handle camera, lighting, audio and other production equipment effectively.

Create visually premium content aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Creative, HR and Operations teams for content requirements.

Travel to different outlets, events and shoot locations as required.

Video Editing & Post-Production-

Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Create engaging Reels, promotional videos, campaign films, interviews, event videos and behind-the-scenes content.

Perform colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, transitions, motion graphics and basic visual effects.

Add music, subtitles, text overlays, animations and other creative elements where required.

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.

Ensure videos are optimised according to the requirements of different social media platforms.

Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics, quality and storytelling.
