About Us
Rasta Pay helps fleet operators and transport businesses settle traffic challans at the court level, for less than the full penalty. We've settled 50,000+ challans for B2B clients at Pan India Level.
What You'll Do
- Appear in Traffic Courts, Virtual Courts, and Lok Adalats to contest challans.
- Negotiate settlements for reduced amounts and make sure challans are closed on record.
- Draft applications, vakalatnamas, and other court documents.
- Coordinate with courts, traffic police, and RTOs, and keep case records updated.
- Advise the team on the Motor Vehicles Act and state-specific procedures.
What We're Looking For
- LLB, enrolled with a State Bar Council.
- Litigation experience, ideally in district, magistrate, or traffic courts.
- Positive knowledge of the Motor Vehicles Act and Lok Adalat procedures.
- Strong drafting skills in Hindi and English.
- Willing to travel to courts across NCR and North India.
