We are looking for In-House Sales Executive to join our textile company. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable textile products, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships within the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable textile products.

- Explain product features, quality, pricing, and available options.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices as required.

- Coordinate with the cashier, store, and accounts teams for smooth sales transactions.

- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending orders.

- Maintain records of customer enquiries and sales.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.





- Stay updated on recent products, fabrics, collections, and offers.

- Support promotional activities and showroom sales initiatives.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/BA preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in textiles, garments, fashion, retail, or showroom sales.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-friendly and confident personality.

- Good knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software preferred.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Target-oriented, positive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a textile showroom or retail environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
