Role Description The Injection Molding Production Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily injection molding production activities, including machine setup, parameter optimization, and ensuring adherence to process standards. The engineer will monitor production performance, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality and reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, supervising operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and maintaining documentation and reports.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancement in injection molding operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Production Engineering skills with experience in injection molding processes and polymer manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Planning abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting output and efficiency targets.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with knowledge of inspection methods, defect analysis, and adherence to industry standards.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and implement process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with production teams, maintenance, quality, and management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Plastic/Polymer Engineering are preferred.
- Experience with injection molding machines, tooling, and preventive maintenance practices will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is beneficial.
