Hiring: Senior Lawyer Real Estate

Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 6–10 Years (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer with a strong background in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of experience working with real estate companies and be capable of independently handling all legal matters related to land, property, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Independently manage legal matters related to real estate projects.

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as Banakhat, Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, Lease Agreements, MOUs, and Power of Attorney.
- Conduct title verification, legal due diligence, and land record verification.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, land laws, registration, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle land acquisition, property documentation, legal notices, and litigation coordination.




- Liaise with government authorities, advocates, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide legal opinions and risk assessment for real estate transactions.

Requirements

* LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.

- 6–10 years of experience in a Real Estate company (Mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of RERA, Banakhat (Agreement to Sell), property laws, title verification, land acquisition, registration processes, and real estate legal documentation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle complete real estate legal matters.

Note: Only Ahmedabad-based candidates are preferred.
