The practitioner follows established procedures and operating models to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support.

contributing to seamless operations and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to streamline support processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Experience in managing database performance, backup, recovery, and security.
- Strong knowledge of database installation, configuration, and patching.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with database monitoring tools and automation scripts.
- Understanding of database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
