As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. You will engage with users and clients directly, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Your role ensures the smooth operation and stability of various technology platforms by adhering to established procedures and operational frameworks, contributing to a reliable and high-quality support environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Unified Communication Operations.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure components including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Experience in monitoring and managing system performance to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across operating systems, network configurations, and application platforms.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and resolve user requests.
- Effective communication skills to interact with users and technical teams for problem resolution.
Additional Information
