Position Overview :

The IT Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure across corporate offices, dark stores, and warehouses. This role ensures seamless operations of enterprise systems, network connectivity, cybersecurity, and IT support services to enable effective e-commerce operations. The IT Lead will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation while maintaining operational stability.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure & Systems Management:

- Oversee IT infrastructure across offices, dark stores, and warehouses (servers, networks, endpoints).
- Ensure uptime and reliability of ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), OMS (Order Management System), and POS systems.
- Manage cloud services, on-premises servers, and hybrid environments.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Network & Security:

- Design and maintain secure, scalable networks across multiple locations.
- Monitor and enforce cybersecurity policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
- Conduct regular audits and infrastructure assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations as per requirements.

Operations & Support:





- Lead IT support teams to provide timely resolution of technical issues.
- Establish SLAs for incident management and system downtime.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dark store teams to ensure smooth IT-enabled operations.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement).

Strategic Leadership:

- Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goals.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives in logistics, inventory, and customer service.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and hardware/software.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Expertise in networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing IT across distributed locations (multi-office, warehouse, retail/dark store setups).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
