This role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, including system configuration, technical support, network security, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. The IT specialist will support Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, hardware, software, networking, and remote support requirements. The role will also involve preparing and implementing IT SOPs, managing IT assets, supporting cybersecurity practices, maintaining servers and cloud-based systems, and ensuring compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer hardware, software, networking, and system administration.
- Candidates with relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations will be preferred.
- Experience in network security, connectivity monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, Microsoft Teams, printers, and other IT devices.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Portal.




- Experience with Azure and cloud-based systems is preferred.
- Understanding of ISO 27001, IT security practices, and experience supporting ISO 27001 certification is an advantage.
- Experience in preparing, maintaining, and implementing IT SOPs and procedures.
- Experience in remote IT support and resolving technical issues for remote users.
- Knowledge of server configuration, maintenance, backups, and system monitoring.
- Experience in IT asset management, including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices such as antivirus management, password policies, access control, and secure system usage.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
- Ability to manage IT requirements independently and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Website design or development knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
