Looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled IT qualified capable of handling both technical infrastructure and application/documentation responsibilities.

The candidate should be willing to travel periodically to other company units for IT systems review, E-Facility monitoring, preventive maintenance verification and ISO 27001 compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain CCTV, NVR, Audio/PA, Intercom, Biometric, Desktop/Laptop, Printers, LAN and Wi-Fi systems.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and ensure minimum system downtime.
- Manage E-Facility / Maintenance Management Application activities and follow up tickets until closure.
- Monitor asset creation, mapping, transfer, PM schedules, breakdown tickets and master data in E-Facility.
- Coordinate software issues with users, Corporate IT and application vendors.
- Prepare weekly/monthly ticket, PM compliance and pending issue reports.
- Support ISO 27001 / ISMS documentation, registers, checklists and compliance records.
- Support internal/external audits and follow up audit observations / corrective actions until closure.
- Maintain IT Asset Register, IP details, PM records, breakdown history and relevant ISO documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty, repairs,



replacements and new installations.

Multi-Unit Support & Travel

- Weekly / twice-monthly visits to other factory units, based on operational requirements.
- During unit visits, review IT infrastructure health, preventive maintenance, E-Facility usage, pending tickets and ISO 27001 documentation.
- Identify gaps and ensure corrective actions are assigned and followed up.
- Submit a brief Unit Visit Report with observations, pending points, responsible person and target date.
- Provide remote support and follow-up to other units between scheduled visits.

Qualification: Preferred: B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science / IT / ECE, B.Sc Computer Science or BCA.

Experience: 2–5 years in IT Infrastructure / Hardware & Networking / Application Support.

Candidates with exposure to E-Facility / CMMS / CAFM / Asset Management software and ISO 27001 / ISMS documentation will be preferred.
