About the Role
BNB Land Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on IT Developer & Application Administrator who can develop, maintain and manage the Company's internal digital applications and systems.
The selected candidate will work closely with Management and different departments to understand requirements, develop practical digital solutions and provide ongoing application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web-based applications, internal tools and dashboards.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain databases, MIS and management dashboards.
- Handle basic API and third-party application integrations.
- Manage application users, access permissions and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide day-to-day technical support.
- Maintain application data, backups, documentation and basic security.
- Support GIS/Web-GIS, field-data collection and project monitoring applications.
- Automate repetitive manual processes using appropriate digital tools.
- Explore practical use of AI, automation and APIs for business improvement.
- Coordinate with external software/service providers whenever required.
- Train users and prepare basic application SOPs/user guides.
Preferred Technical Skills
Knowledge of some or several of the following:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- React / Angular or similar
- Python / PHP / Node.js / .NET or similar
- MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server
- REST API & JSON
- Git / GitHub
- Power BI / Dashboard Development
- GIS / Web-GIS
- Cloud platforms
- AI tools / LLM APIs / Workflow Automation
Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science / IT), MCA, BCA, M.Sc. Computer Science / IT or equivalent qualification.
Candidate Profile The candidate should have valuable communication skills, logical thinking, problem-solving ability and the confidence to work directly with both technical and non-technical users and Management.
Compensation: ₹5.0 LPA – ₹8.0 LPA The right candidate with strong technical expertise and relevant practical experience will be offered a competitive package commensurate with their capability.
