We are looking for a skilled Senior Infor Cloud Suite Technical Consultant to drive the technical execution, integration, and delivery of our enterprise solutions. In this role, you will lead the transformation of legacy, on-premises ERP environments into modern, multi-tenant Infor Cloud Suite architectures.

Need 5+ years of hands-on technical experience within the Infor LN and has successfully delivered 1 or 2 comprehensive Infor Cloud Suite migration projects from INFOR LN on Premises. You will be the technical anchor ensuring that data pipelines, integrations, and extensions are securely executed while strictly preserving the SaaS multi-tenant zero-modification upgrade path.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infor Cloud Suite Migration & Data Strategy

- Cloud Transformation: Direct the technical phases of migrating legacy on-premises Infor LN instances to Multi-Tenant Infor CloudSuite. In details All the on-premises LN developments need to be migrated to LN cloud by direct / development fit.
- Data Migration: Architect and implement complex data migration strategies using the Infor Data Lake, Infor Compass, and standard ETL framework utilities.
- Gap Analysis & Refactoring: Evaluate legacy on-premises custom source code and refactor those requirements into cloud-compliant, non-invasive extensibility methods.
- Report and Customization: Understanding the functional requirement and develop the report and customization of session and scripting.

2. Integration & Cloud-Native Development (Infor OS)

- Integration Middleware: Design, develop, and monitor end-to-end API integrations utilizing the Infor ION API Gateway, Connection Points, and Custom BODs.
- Application Extensibility: Build upgrade-protected, cloud-compliant custom applications and extensions using Infor Mongoose or web extensions that natively sit within Infor OS.

Stakeholder Communication, Risk & Support Management

- Steering Committee Reporting: Provide regular, high-level technical progress updates, milestones reached, and timeline projections to the project Steering Committee and executive leadership.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risk factors, architectural bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities across the cloud migration lifecycle.
- Support Requirements: Assess, manage, and coordinate ongoing support requirements and resource allocations to ensure operational readiness before and after the cloud go-live.

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience

- Domain Experience: Minimum 5+ years of technical consulting or development experience strictly centred around Infor technologies.
- Migration Milestone: Proven track record of executing the technical stream for at least 1 or 2 successful INFOR LN on premises to INFOR Cloud Suite migrations.

Technical Skillset

- Core Operating Platform: Mastery of the Infor OS stack, specifically managing ION (Intelligent Open Network), Ming.le, Infor Document Management (IDM), and the Infor Data Lake.
- Infor LN Development Suite: Deep technical mastery of Infor LN Studio, 4GL programming/scripting, DAL (Data Access Layer) logic, and engineering standard, cloud-compliant LN Extensions, Deep knowledge in Report Designer to built reports & documents. Configuring ODM & IDM.
- LN Tools & Architecture: Comprehensive knowledge of the Infor LN tools layer, backend table structures, and frontend components (including UI personalizations, conditional formatting, and conditional layouts)

Soft Skills & Education

- Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional business stakeholders and global infrastructure teams.
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
