Role Description The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and building relationships with influencers whose audiences align with HAIR RAP BY YOYO’s brand and services. The specialist will plan and execute influencer campaigns, manage outreach and negotiations, and coordinate content briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

Day-to-day tasks include researching relevant creators, tracking campaign performance, analyzing engagement data, and preparing reports with insights and recommendations.



The role also involves collaborating closely with the salon’s marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across social media, events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Solid skills in social media strategy and content planning across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft clear briefs and maintain professional partnerships.
- Understanding of beauty, fashion, or hair industry trends and a genuine interest in salon and lifestyle branding.
- Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or brand partnerships is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused salon environment in Ahmedabad.
