Our client is a global software development company specialising in web, mobile, AI and blockchain solutions.

They are looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and manage creator partnerships across major social platforms. You’ll own the full process: from identifying and approaching creators to negotiating deals, managing campaigns and analysing performance.

What You’ll Do

- Research and build a robust pipeline of influencers, creators, agencies and MCNs.

- Manage end-to-end outreach, negotiation, campaign execution and follow-up.

- Build long-term relationships with creators and their representatives.

- Negotiate sponsored content, affiliate partnerships and recurring collaborations.

- Develop campaign ideas, creative briefs and content concepts.

- Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals and payments.

- Track reach, engagement, conversions, revenue and ROI.

- Use performance data to optimise creator selection and campaigns.

- Stay on top of creator trends, platforms and emerging talent.

- Work closely with internal marketing,



content and product teams.

- Use AI and relevant tools to improve research, outreach and campaign efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or a similar role.

- Proven experience managing creator outreach, partnerships and negotiations.

- Strong relationships with creators, influencers, agencies, talent managers or MCNs.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Strong understanding of social platforms and the creator ecosystem.

- Commercial and data-driven mindset, with an understanding of campaign ROI.

- Creative, organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships independently.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with US-based creators or agencies.

- Existing relationships within the creator ecosystem.

- Experience with affiliate/influencer programmes and long-term partnerships.

- Experience working with podcasters or podcast networks.
