Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in identifying, researching, and onboarding relevant creators and influencers across multiple niches, with a focus on building long-term relationships. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves coordinating outreach, managing communication with creators, and assisting in campaign execution from planning to post-campaign reporting. The intern will help maintain influencer databases, track campaign performance, and contribute to content ideas for collaborations,



social media posts, and community engagement activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring trends in influencer marketing, assisting with events and meetups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of campaign assets.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, the creator economy, and digital communities, with basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Foundational skills in communication, relationship building, and stakeholder coordination; ability to handle creator and brand interactions professionally.
- Basic analytical and organizational skills, including maintaining trackers, working with spreadsheets, and assisting in performance reporting.
- Creative thinking and content awareness, with the ability to identify engaging creators, spot trends, and suggest relevant collaboration ideas.
- Comfort with rapid-paced startup environments, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
