We are looking for an MBA Intern to support industry relations and business development initiatives for Nemetschek India. The role will focus on building relationships with relevant associations, councils, forums and industry bodies across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AEC/O) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, councils, forums and professional bodies relevant to the AEC/O industry.
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, forums and networking sessions to represent and build visibility for Nemetschek.
- Identify opportunities for Nemetschek to participate, collaborate in relevant industry forums and events.
- Research and identify new associations, industry platforms and ecosystem organisations that are relevant to Nemetschek's business.
- Maintain a structured database of associations, key contacts, events, memberships and engagement opportunities.
- Coordinate with associations and internal teams for meetings, events, speaking opportunities and partnerships.
- Track engagement, follow-ups and next steps with each association and stakeholder.




- Support the Business Development team in developing strategic industry partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
- Prepare regular updates on industry events, association activities, key stakeholders and upcoming opportunities.
- Support roundtables, conferences, webinars and other initiatives aimed at strengthening Nemetschek's presence within the AEC/O ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate

- MBA/PGDM student, preferably in Marketing, Business Development, International Business or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident interacting with external stakeholders and senior professionals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Good research and presentation skills.
- Willingness to attend industry events and represent the organisation externally.
- Valuable working knowledge of Ai tools.

Key Outcome The intern will help Nemetschek strengthen its presence across the AEC/O industry ecosystem by developing relationships with relevant associations and identifying opportunities for participation, collaboration and visibility.
