Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-impact influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) aligned with brand KPIs and audience personas.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation with creators and their agencies—ensuring brand guidelines and FTC compliance.
- Design and execute end-to-end campaign plans—from brief ideation to performance tracking—using UTM parameters and platform-native analytics.
- Build and maintain a dynamic creator database segmented by niche, engagement rate, audience demographics,
and content style.
- Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to optimize content formats, CTAs, and campaign sequencing for max ROI.
- Present campaign performance dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders, translating metrics into strategic recommendations.
