About The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Industry Mentor to coach and upskill learners in Tamil . This role combines technical mentoring, project reviews, and interview preparation for learners building practical, industry-ready ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on AI/ML industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and guide learners effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct live mentoring sessions and technical office hours in Tamil, covering core AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Review learners' code, notebooks, and capstone projects and provide actionable technical feedback.
- Guide learners on model selection, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Conduct technical assessments, mock interviews, and project reviews to prepare learners for industry opportunities.
- Help learners understand real-world AI/ML engineering practices and production considerations.
- Collaborate with curriculum and product teams to improve course content and practical assignments.
- Track learner progress and maintain mentorship records.
- Identify learner challenges and work with the relevant teams to resolve blockers.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have





- Hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML workflows.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of Scikit-learn and ML model evaluation.
- Practical experience with AI/ML projects and deployment.
- Prior experience in mentoring, teaching, training, or technical coaching.
- Strong Tamil communication skills — verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Preferred

- Familiarity with MLOps and Docker-based workflows.
- Experience working on NLP or Computer Vision projects.
- Experience conducting technical interviews.
- Experience reviewing ML resumes, projects, or portfolios.
- Industry experience in building and deploying production-level ML solutions.
