Position: Industrial Design Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Design Engineer with 45 years of experience in design development, project coordination, and execution. The candidate should be proficient in design software, project documentation, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination while delivering innovative and practical design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop industrial and product design concepts as per project requirements
- Prepare, understand, and review detailed technical drawings as per project requirements
- Create layouts, 2D/3D models, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and 3D design software
- Prepare MIS reports, DECA documentation, presentations, trackers, and project reports using MS Office tools
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal management teams for smooth project execution
- Conduct material inspections whenever required to ensure quality and compliance with project standards
- Manage design revisions,



technical discussions, and site coordination activities
- Support project planning, costing inputs, and execution timelines
- Participate in client meetings and provide design presentations when required
- Ensure design quality, feasibility, and adherence to project timelines

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- MS Office Tools
- AutoCAD
- 3D Design Software (SolidWorks, SketchUp, CATIA, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar)
- Good understanding of industrial design and mechanical engineering concepts
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
- Fluent English speaking and writing capability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in industrial projects, infrastructure, EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or product development projects will be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
- Qualified attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
