- Design-led role focused on sketching, rendering (like key shot etc.) and surfacing softwares (like Alias or Rhino)

- Lead concept generation through sketching, mood boards, and design narratives for new products
n
- Develop 3D surface/concept models in Rhino 3D and/or Autodesk Alias to explore form, proportion, and aesthetics
n
- Translate user research and market insights into design concepts and product language
n
- Create renders and visualizations to communicate design intent to stakeholders
n
- Collaborate closely with engineering/CAD teams to hand off design intent for feasibility and detailed CAD development
n
- Build and refine design guidelines, mood boards, and trend/competitive analysis
n
- Present design concepts to leadership, clients, or cross-functional teams
n
- Guide junior designers and review their concept work
n
- Stay current with materials, finishes, manufacturing processes, and design trends relevant to the product category

nRequired Skills

- Strong hand-sketching and ideation skills
n
- Proficiency in Rhino 3D (mandatory); working knowledge of Alias preferred
n
- Proficiency in rendering tools (KeyShot, V-Ray, or similar)
n
- Robust portfolio demonstrating concept-to-form design process (not just finished renders)
n
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and ergonomics as they relate to design decisions
n
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience working alongside CAD/engineering teams on design handoff

- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for presentations
