Role Description: Industrial Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations within a manufacturing setting, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting cost accounting for production activities. This full-time role involves monitoring inventory-related costs, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The accountant will collaborate with production, procurement, and management teams to analyze costs, track variances, and provide financial insights for operational decisions.

Additional responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, industrial/cost accounting, and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, including data entry, reconciliation, and basic financial analysis.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, track payments, and maintain organized financial records.
- Attention to detail,



numerical accuracy, and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in ledgers and financial statements.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with production, procurement, and management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup, preferably in the solar or energy sector, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur and adapt to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Preparation of Tax Invoices & Dispatch Documentation
- Maintain Sales, Purchase & Expense records
- Customer, Vendor & General Ledger management
- Bank, Customer & Vendor reconciliations
- Manage GST compliance, GST returns & reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable & Payable tracking
- Maintain accurate accounting and statutory records
- Work on accounting software / ERP systems
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports
- Learn and handle banking & import-related activities, including LC documentation

What We’re Looking For:

✓ B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant qualification

✓ 2–5 years of practical accounting experience

✓ Strong knowledge of GST, invoicing and accounting

✓ Experience with accounting software / ERP systems

✓ Good working knowledge of Excel

✓ Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred

✓ Willingness to learn Refrens, our current accounting software

✓ Eager to learn Banking, Letter of Credit (LC) & Import Documentation
