We are looking for an LL.B. qualified candidate from a regular college/university with 2–5 years of relevant experience for our Gurugram office.

Key Work Areas:

- Customs & Foreign Trade Policy – Drawback, EPCG, Advance Authorisation, EOU & SEZ
- MOOWR & bonded manufacturing
- GST & indirect tax matters
- State Government & industrial incentives
- Import-export and trade compliance
- Legal research, drafting and interpretation of Acts, Rules, Notifications, Circulars and case laws

Preferred Profile:

- LL.B. from a regular college/university
- 2–5 years of relevant legal/regulatory experience
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Valuable written and spoken English
- Interest in Customs, GST, Foreign Trade and regulatory laws
