We are looking for an Experienced Manager Indirect Procurement to lead global category management for HR Services, Professional Services and Contractors/Contingent Workforce.

This is a strategic procurement role responsible for developing and executing global category strategies, leading complex sourcing initiatives,



driving commercial value and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers across geographies.

Ideal candidate will bring 9+ years of overall experience in indirect sourcing/procurement, including 5+ years of hands-on experience managing global HR and Professional Services categories across multiple markets.

Global Category Strategy

- Own and develop global category strategies for HR Services, Professional Services and Contractors/Contingent Workforce.
- Develop category roadmaps based on business requirements, spend analytics, market intelligence, supplier landscape and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, standardization, demand management and broader value creation.
- Build and manage category plans, sourcing pipelines, savings/value targets and performance dashboards.

Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Management

- Lead end-to-end global sourcing initiatives, including market assessments, RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations and contracting.
- Develop sourcing strategies and commercial models appropriate to different service categories and geographies.
- Lead complex negotiations covering pricing, rate cards, service levels, contractual terms, KPIs and other commercial conditions.
- Drive continuous improvement in supplier economics, service quality and overall value delivered.

HR & Professional Services

- Manage global procurement across HR-related services such as recruitment, talent solutions, learning & development, HR consulting, employee services and other specialist HR requirements.
- Manage global Professional Services spend, including consulting, advisory and other specialist business services.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, business functions and regional teams to understand requirements and develop effective global sourcing strategies.
- Establish preferred supplier programs,



frameworks and commercial agreements where appropriate.

Contractors / Contingent Workforce

- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for contractor and contingent workforce requirements.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to optimize contractor rates, commercial models, supplier performance and overall workforce spend.
- Drive greater transparency, governance, standardization and compliance across contractor procurement.
- Manage strategic relationships with key staffing and workforce service providers.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management

- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Act as a strategic procurement partner, balancing business needs, commercial objectives, risk, compliance and supplier capabilities.
- Establish effective supplier governance and lead strategic business reviews with key suppliers.
- Influence stakeholders toward global sourcing strategies while remaining responsive to local business requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 9+ years of overall experience in Indirect Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Category Management.
- 5+ years of specific experience managing global HR Services and Professional Services categories is essential.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global category strategies across multiple geographies.
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, supplier management, and contract management.
- Hands-on experience managing Contractor / Contingent Workforce spend is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, business functions and regional teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate spend and market data into actionable sourcing strategies.
- Experience managing strategic suppliers and driving measurable cost savings and/or broader business value.
- Robust communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Relevant procurement certification is an advantage.
