About This Role JLL is seeking an exceptional WPM & MTS Leader to drive operational excellence and strategic growth across our Workplace Management operations in the region. This is a unique dual-responsibility leadership role that combines oversight of our WPM (Workplace Management) operations with direction of our Mobile Technical Services (MTS) delivery across the region.

As WPM & MTS Leader, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of critical components of our West Asia (India Cluster) Workplace Management business, reporting to the APAC WPM Leader. You will ensure seamless coordination between workplace management and technical engineering services, creating exceptional value for our clients while driving profitability, innovation, and service excellence across a diverse regional portfolio spanning both mature and developing markets.

This role offers the opportunity to shape workplace strategy for leading organizations across the region, working with a global platform that provides world-class technology, research capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration. You will function as both a strategic business leader and an operational excellence champion, balancing innovation with execution in a geography rich with growth potential.

What This Job Involves Leading Workplace Management Operations

You will ensure the implementation of WPM Standards with required market-specific configurations. Working closely with Account Leaders, Group Account Directors, and our West Asia Managing Director, you will drive optimization and excellence in service delivery while targeting and achieving profitability improvements across Account Teams. You will act as the 'Team Captain' for WPM delivery resources, coordinating HSSEQ, Engineering, Sourcing, and other functional teams to ensure integrated service delivery.

Strategic Service Delivery & In-Sourcing

You will develop and implement the strategy for self-performance of services (in-sourcing) in accordance with our standard country delivery model. You will partner with Account Leaders to resolve significant operational issues and serve as the primary escalation point for service delivery challenges. Your strategic acumen will be critical in balancing client needs, operational efficiency, and commercial viability.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management Excellence

Working with our Sourcing function, you will define and manage third-party suppliers required for comprehensive WPM delivery, leveraging preferred supplier relationships and ensuring vendor performance aligns with client expectations and JLL standards. You will oversee vendor onboarding, accreditation, and SLA processes, continuously evolving these frameworks to enhance service quality and partnership value.

Business Development & Subject Matter Expertise

As the subject matter expert (SME) for WPM services, you will support sales activities, contract renewals, and growth opportunities across the region. You will define evolving technology and delivery model requirements based on feedback from account teams, sales pursuits, and market intelligence, working with the leadership team to prioritize solutions and drive innovation.

Mobile Technical Services (MTS) Leadership

You will direct our Mobile Technical Services delivery, ensuring comprehensive management of transformation projects, maintenance programs, and routine mechanical and electrical operations. This includes budget and pricing control for MTS team services (travel, accommodation, technical solutions), P&L; management with finance support,

and development of new business solutions to grow the regional footprint. You will lead technical talent (direct and indirect), ensuring skills remain current with evolving engineering and technology developments.

Safety, Compliance & Quality Assurance

Safety leadership is paramount in this role-both physical safety and mental health wellbeing for your team, clients, vendors, and contractors. You will implement JCAP (our business assurance program) and other processes to ensure regulatory compliance across Regional Accounts. You will foster a respectful, sustainable, and inclusive work environment where challenges are solved collaboratively and work is fulfilled with passion and engagement.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

You will identify high-potential talent and support succession planning for WPM resources assigned to accounts across the region. You will build high-performing teams, champion diversity and inclusion, and create a culture of continuous learning and development.
