As an Analyst III/Senior Operations Analyst, you will contribute towards advertising campaign strategy, providing audience and impression forecast of campaigns in Walmart Connect Owned and Operated platforms to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.

You will contribute and perform dive deep into campaign troubleshooting insights to ensure ads are rendering as intended as well as to prevent bad customer experience. Understand all the client’s goals and objectives and review campaigns are setup to achieve these goals. Be the subject matter experts in ad serving platform/tools and work to continually optimize the platform usage and provide up to date best practices.

What You’ll bring

Revenue Optimization & Profit Maximization

Manage daily performance metrics of ad products tracking performance, conversion rates, publisher sources, and gross profit margins.

Identify optimization opportunities in high-margin geos, scalable sources, or reward-value sweet spots.

Effective operational control over performance levers.

Offer Operations & Tactical Execution

Manage traffic flow across networks by adjusting placements, optimizing caps, and responding to underperformance.

Ensure accurate set-up, tracking, and monitoring of offers across teams through structured workflows and systems like JIRA.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Ad Ops, and others to align priorities and improvements.

Participate in cross-team change-management initiatives to foster best practices and workflow improvements.

Support change-management initiatives that strengthen campaign management processes across the organization.

Effective stakeholder engagement, proactive issue resolution, and seamless workflow integration

Data Insights, Forecasting & Reporting

Analyze financial, performance, and user behaviour trends to inform data-driven optimization decisions that increase margin and yield.

Deliver clear daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on offer performance, including trend analysis, margin insights, and forecast variance for internal stakeholders.

Process Automation & Technology Integration

Work with leadership/process mining team to automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational speed.

Proficiency in ad servers and DSPs Required Skills & Experience (DSPs (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP).





Experience with trafficking tools and reporting platforms and familiarity with workflow and CRM tools: Jira, Salesforce

Understanding of CTV/OTT, video, and display ecosystems

Generate and deliver performance reports and billing reconciliations

What You’ll Do

B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or other equivalent stream

Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset to push innovative boundaries

7+ years of experience in digital advertising domain

Willing to work in rotational shifts, including PST hours

Strong familiarity with ad serving technologies, platforms and tools with hands on working experience

Hands on knowledge on at-least one ads tool – Walmart Ad Centre (WAC), TradeDesk, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads

Superior operational knowledge & negotiation skills to lead multi-operational functions & principles

Minute attention to detail to capture smallest of anomalies in executed tasks

Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams, stakeholders across geographies

Proven versatility to switch between varying topics and yet handle each theme with balancing moderation

Lead & motivate team, develop long-term operational strategies & handle rapidly shifting business demands
