- Receive and inspect machines/products brought in for service.

- Diagnose technical faults and identify the cause of complaints.

- Repair and service machines as required.

- Replace defective parts and components when necessary.

- Test repaired machines to ensure proper functioning.

- Maintain proper records of service and repair activities.

- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator/Manager regarding service status and spare parts requirements.

- Inform the concerned team about major technical issues or repair requirements.

- Ensure proper handling and protected storage of machines received for service.

- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the service/work area.

- Assist the service team with technical support whenever required.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Experience in electrical appliances, cleaning equipment, power tools, machinery, or similar products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,643.55 per month
