Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Logistics Executive / Manager to manage and coordinate transportation, shipping operations, vendor coordination, and logistics documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring productive movement of goods, negotiating with logistics vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation while optimizing cost and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate transportation and shipping operations for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Identify, evaluate, and obtain quotations from logistics vendors and transporters.
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.




- Plan and schedule dispatches while ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, LR copies, and shipping documents.
- Track shipments and coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain records of shipments, freight costs, and vendor performance.
- Resolve transportation issues, delays, or damages in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics operations.
- Prepare logistics reports and provide updates to management regarding shipment status and cost analysis.
