Job Summary:

nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist – Product Implementation to

nmanage end-to-end product onboarding and deployment for our clients. This role involves

ngathering business requirements, configuring the product, managing data migration, conducting

nUAT, and ensuring smooth go-live. The Specialist will also collaborate closely with

ncross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, driving customer satisfaction and

nlong-term adoption.

nKey Responsibilities:

n● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,

ntesting, and deployment.

n● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product

ncapabilities.

n● Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.

n● Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

n● Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.

n● Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for

nissue resolution.● Track project progress, communicate status updates,



and manage risks to ensure timely

ndelivery.

n● Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations

nfor reusability.

n● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring

na seamless handover to the support team.

nRequired Qualifications:

nEducational

n● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related

nfield.

n● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools

npreferred.

nProfessional

n● 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.

n● Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.

n● Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.

n● Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.

n● Solid communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

n● Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
