– Implementation Lead

Location: Tiruvannamalai District

Preferred Candidates: Candidates from Polur and Kanji will be given preference.

Qulaification : BSW / MSW preferred. Graduates from any discipline are also welcome to apply.

Role Overview The Implementation Lead will be responsible for the effective implementation of the education program across assigned schools. The role requires regular field visits, coordination with teachers and Teaching Coordinators, student engagement, activity implementation, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned schools regularly and monitor the performance and activities of Teaching Coordinators.
- Deliver hands-on learning sessions and engage students through interactive activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct school-level activities and classes as per the program plan.
- Coordinate with Headmasters, teachers, Teaching Coordinators, school authorities, and internal team members for smooth program implementation.
- Monitor student participation and progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
- Maintain program-related data, attendance, records,



photographs, and other evidence.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on school visits, activities, observations, and progress.
- Identify implementation challenges at the school level and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.

Skills & Qualities Required The candidate should also be comfortable with regular travel to schools, interacting with children and teachers, managing multiple schools, and working independently in the field.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: Around ₹15,000, depending on experience.

Purpose of the Role: To ensure effective implementation of the program at the school level while supporting teachers and students through consistent monitoring, coordination, and hands-on learning.
