Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Legal Professional to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating U.S. immigration law. You will be responsible for comprehensive case management, legal research, and the exact drafting of applications and petitions submitted to federal agencies like USCIS, DOL, and DOS.

The ideal candidate pairs exceptional technical legal acumen with strong empathetic communication to deliver superior client service and support our firm's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Case Strategy & Legal Support: Provide comprehensive, strategic legal counsel to corporate and/or individual clients on a diverse spectrum of U.S. immigration matters, including employment-based visas, sports entertainment visas, and extraordinary ability matters.
- Drafting & Government Petitions: Draft, review, and assemble highly precise immigration applications, complex support letters, requests for evidence (RFEs), and thorough legal briefs. Supervise the prompt submission of all case files to relevant regulatory authorities.
- Advanced Legal Research:



Conduct rigorous legal research on shifting statutes, agency policy updates, and federal case law precedents. Translate complex regulatory frameworks into actionable case strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client life cycles proactively. Serve as the primary point of contact to set realistic timelines, clearly explain intricate processes, gather evidence, and deliver routine case milestones.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay relentlessly current on fast-breaking updates to U.S. immigration regulations, agency field manuals, and procedural shifts to minimize compliance risks for clients.
- Firm Development & Networking: Partner in firm-wide business development goals. Represent the practice at professional networking events, legal seminars, and client pitch meetings to help expand our legal network and client base.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A law degree from an accredited university or college.
- 1-2 years of experience in employment-based/corporate U.S. immigration matters.
- Experience with EB-1A / O-1 and/or P-1 visas preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
