About the Role

Prayoga is looking for an Impact & Donor Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for preparing and presenting impact reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring transparency in donor communications. Youll work closely with the finance and program teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all donor and impact reporting.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in donor reporting, impact communication, or CSR/NGO reporting

Robust analytical and communication (written & verbal) skills

Proficiency in finance/impact reporting and presentation design

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience in the non-profit/CSR sector is a plus
