Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Counsel clients regarding immigration and visa services
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales
- Maintain client records and achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred (Immigration sales experience is a plus)
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to learn and grow
