We are looking for an execution-focused Site Manager to lead on-site activities and ensure smooth commissioning and project delivery. Lead end-to-end site execution and commissioning of UHP piping, tubing, and utility systems across multiple sites Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, HSE guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment with effective planning Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution Lead, supervise,



and mentor technicians and site engineers to drive productivity and performance Guide site engineers in day-to-day execution and conduct performance reviews with constructive feedback Build strong client relationships through regular coordination, issue resolution, and timely project delivery to ensure high satisfaction Ensure full compliance with industry standards, statutory regulations, and company policies across all project activities Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution and minimize impact on timelines and costs B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or MBA with 8–12 years of site execution experience Experience in Semiconductor / Solar / EPC projects / Chemical / Specialty Gas preferred Proficient in MS Office
