Job Summary

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer / Senior Estimation Engineer with experience in Aluminium/uPVC Fenestration, Faade, Glazing or Building Systems. The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, quantity take-offs, costing, BOQ preparation, tendering and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze tender drawings, specifications and BOQs and prepare accurate project cost estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs for aluminium, uPVC, glazing and fenestration requirements.
- Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, pricing and quotations using MS Excel and estimation tools.
- Perform preliminary structural calculations and input system specifications into estimation software.
- Review project requirements and identify appropriate materials, systems and solutions.
- Support the Sales team during pre-tender and post-tender activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Logistics and Project teams to understand project requirements.




- Maintain estimation records, costing data and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within project/tender timelines.

Required Skills & Qualification

- 2 year's to 5 years of experience in estimation, costing or design.
- Experience in Aluminium/uPVC Fenestration, Faade, Glazing, Curtain Wall or Building Systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, estimation, costing and BOQ preparation.
- Good understanding of geometry, measurements and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Positive communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
