Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with architectural firms, builders, or approval consultancies.
- Deep knowledge of the TN Rulebook and the documentation workflows for CMDA and DTCP.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
- Key Note: Full-time role requiring working on all Saturdays. Immediate joiners preferred.

2. Junior Draughtsman (Sanction Drawings & Clearances)

: We are hiring two Junior Draughtsmen to support our core approval documentation team in Chennai. You will be drafting plans specifically designed for municipal and local body clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft floor plans, site layouts, and elevation drawings for DTCP, CMDA, and local Panchayat approvals.




- Assist senior draughtsmen in incorporating corrections and feedback from government department inspections.
- Learn and apply basic TN Rulebook codes to daily drafting tasks.

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of drafting experience (exposure to structural, layout, or approval plans is a major plus).
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- ITI / Diploma in Civil or Architecture.

- Job Location: Chennai (Base) | Must be flexible to travel across Tamil Nadu

- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or Graduate

: ApprovalGuru is looking for a proactive, field-active Liaison Executive. While you will be based out of Chennai, this role requires high flexibility to travel across rest of Tamil Nadu for outstation DTCP, district-level municipal, and panchayat approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up and coordinate with officials at CMDA, DTCP, Municipal Corporations, and regional Panchayat offices across TN.
- Track and secure NOCs, building permissions, occupancy certificates, and renewals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate between our technical drafting team and government officers to clear queries.





Requirements:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is highly preferred, but graduates with relevant field experience are welcome.
- 1 to 3 years of experience navigating government offices for construction and layout approvals.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable traveling outside Chennai whenever required.
- Important Note: Full-time role requiring working on all Saturdays. Maximum 15 days notice period.

4. Social Media Executive (Real Estate & B2B Consultation)

- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to attract builders, architects, and promoters.
- Write clear, engaging copy explaining complex approval concepts simply.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management (experience in Real Estate or B2B/Professional Services is highly preferred).
- Hands-on skill with Canva/Photoshop and basic video editing tools.
