Role Description The IIT Graduate Engineer – Founder’s Office | Any Branch role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

This role supports the Founder in strategic initiatives, business planning, and operational execution across academics, marketing, partnerships, and recent programs. Day-to-day tasks may include data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, conducting market and industry research, and coordinating with different internal teams to drive key projects. The position involves designing and improving processes, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely implementation of decisions made by the Founder.

The engineer will also contribute to problem-solving for organizational challenges,



explore technology-driven improvements, and help shape the institute’s growth in the export-import education space.

Qualifications

- Educational background: IIT graduate in any engineering branch with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Business and strategy orientation: Ability to support strategic planning, conduct business and market research, analyze data, and prepare decision-ready insights.
- Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capability to draft reports and presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Process and project management: Skills in organizing work, managing timelines, tracking progress, and improving systems and processes for operational efficiency.
- Technical and digital aptitude: Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, collaborative tools, and interest in leveraging technology for educational and business solutions.
