We are seeking a highly skilled IFS Cloud Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, customization, and systems integration of our IFS Cloud FSM platform. In this role, they will focus entirely on architecture, configurations, and external connections. They will build and deploy scalable custom logic, automate data workflows, and ensure seamless data exchange across our software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, configuration, and enhancement activities within IFS Cloud Field Service Management.

- Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable service management solutions.

- Support and optimize Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Contracts, Scheduling & Dispatch, Mobility, and Asset Management processes.

- Lead SAP and enterprise system integration efforts.

- Facilitate requirements workshops and drive solution design decisions.

- Support testing, deployment, training, and stabilization activities.

- Establish FSM solution standards, documentation, and best practices.

- Mentor team members and provide solution leadership across initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Overall 8-14 years of IT industry experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on IFS Cloud (Field Service Management) implementation and solution design experience.





- Minimum two end-to-end IFS Cloud implementations.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related technical field.

- Strong expertise in Scheduling, Dispatch, Preventive Maintenance, Service Contracts, Work Order Management, Mobile Workforce, and Asset Management.

- Experience integrating IFS FSM solutions with SAP ERP.

- Solid functional, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience leading workshops and driving business process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with IFS Cloud - Field Service Management.

- HVAC, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Service industry experience.

- Azure DevOps and Agile delivery experience.

- Power BI and service analytics experience.

- Prior solution leadership or team lead experience.

Expected Outcome The selected consultant will provide immediate IFS FSM leadership for the greenfield implementation, help mature service management processes, reduce dependency on external implementation partners, and demonstrate capability to transition into a Lead Business Solutions Architect – IFS role responsible for the long-term strategy, roadmap, and support of the IFS platform.
