Role Description The IELTS Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for preparing learners for all sections of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking). Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering interactive lessons, conducting practice tests, providing detailed feedback, and tracking learner progress. The trainer will design course materials aligned with IELTS requirements, clarify exam formats and scoring, and support learners with strategies for time management and test performance.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records, participating in internal meetings,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and curriculum.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to engage learners of diverse backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, including familiarity with exam formats and assessment criteria.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning skills, including creating structured, goal-oriented lesson plans and materials.
- Candidates should possess clear spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to give constructive, actionable feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an IELTS or English language trainer, especially in classroom settings, is highly beneficial.
- Strong classroom management, patience, and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to motivate learners working toward overseas study or work opportunities.
- Ability to work on-site in Hisar, maintain punctuality, and collaborate effectively with the SK Classes team.
