- Manage and mentor a high performing team for SOL, Python. Power platform.

- Proactively lead work allocation. delivery timelines. data quality. review metrics and KPIS
- Manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining high attention to detail
- Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
