We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team at Sergio Student Services . The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality IELTS coaching, helping students achieve their target band scores, and providing personalized guidance throughout their exam preparation.

Roles &
Responsibilities n

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for Academic and General Training students.
n
- Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking .
n
- Assess students' English proficiency and create personalized learning plans.
n
- Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback.
n
- Track student progress and maintain performance records.
n
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises.
n
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their target band scores.
n
- Stay up to date with the latest IELTS exam patterns and teaching methodologies.
n
- Coordinate with the student counselling team on students' study-abroad requirements.
n

Qualifications n
n
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any relevant discipline.
n
- Minimum 1 year of IELTS teaching experience (Freshers with excellent English communication and IELTS certification may also apply).
n
- IELTS Band Score 7.5+ (preferred).
n
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
n
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
n
- Ability to teach both online and offline classes when required.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools is an added advantage.
