1pm to 10pm A hands-on IAM Technical Lead who has robust experience in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and will design, implement, integrate, troubleshoot, and support enterprise authentication and access-management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and guidance for IBM ISAM environments.
- Design, implement, customize, and manage ISAM solutions.
- Work on WebSEAL, AAC (Advanced Access Control), Federation Services, API Protection, Risk-Based Authentication, and MFA.
- Design and implement SSO solutions across internal, cloud, and third-party applications.
- Support authentication, authorization, and federation requirements.

- Integrate ISAM with

- Active Directory

- LDAP
- Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
- SAML 2.0 applications
- OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect providers

- REST and SOAP services
- Develop and customize authentication mechanisms, access policies, and authorization rules.




- Create custom JavaScript mapping rules and API security configurations.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for IAM deployments.
- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex access and authentication issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve security/access-related problems.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.
- Manage high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
- Support patching, upgrades, and platform lifecycle management.
- Ensure IAM solutions follow security policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Work with security architects, application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and governance activities.
