We are looking for an ALM Tools Administrator / Application Support Engineer.

You’ll Make a Difference By

- Managing and supporting ALM tools infrastructure, preferably IBM Jazz, including installation, setup, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance.
- Supporting IBM Jazz ALM workflows and implementing necessary customizations to meet project and business requirements.
- Administering Windows Servers, including configuration, monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting for ALM applications and associated tools.
- Managing and maintaining SQL Server databases supporting enterprise applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Ensuring high availability, system stability, backup, and recovery mechanisms for critical application environments.
- Providing L1 and L2 support for incidents, service requests, and change management activities while meeting defined SLA commitments.
- Supporting multiple users and project teams across different geographical locations and ensuring seamless tool availability.
- Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including development teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, project managers, and business users.
- Participating in system monitoring, root cause analysis, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, support procedures, and operational guidelines.

- Having an Engineering degree with 4-8 years of demonstrable experience in Application Administration, ALM Tools Management, or Enterprise Application Support.
- Possessing strong expertise in IBM Jazz Platform, including administration,



configuration, workflow management, and customization.
- Having hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration, server patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrating solid knowledge of SQL Server Administration, database management, backup, recovery, and performance monitoring.
- Showing a good understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and System Reliability concepts.
- Having experience in Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Management Processes.
- Being capable of supporting global users and collaborating with distributed teams across multiple locations.
- Demonstrating excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- We give preference to candidates with experience in:
- IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM/Jazz)
- ITIL Processes
- Application Monitoring Tools
- Automation and Scripting (PowerShell, Batch Scripts, etc.)
- Azure DevOps or other ALM platforms
