Must-Have Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 / FileNet Content Manager Administration
- Content Platform Engine (CPE) and ACCE
- IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
- FileNet installation, configuration, upgrades and patching
- Object Store configuration and administration
- FileNet security and access management
- Workflow administration and troubleshooting
- Production support and P1/P2 incident handling
- FileNet environment monitoring and performance troubleshooting
- IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Linux/Red Hat and Windows Server
- Database knowledge, preferably IBM DB2 / Oracle
- Application deployment and environment management
- Shell scripting/automation exposure would be an added advantage

Leadership & Soft Skills The candidate should have:
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical team




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong client/stakeholder communication
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ownership and accountability for production environments
