- Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet and Case Manager solutions.
- Configure case management solutions, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Perform system analysis, impact assessment, and solution design.
- Support application deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Troubleshoot workflow, content management, and performance-related issues.
- Work with architects and business teams to gather and refine requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Create technical design documents and operational runbooks.
Provide L2/L3 support for production applications.
