: Conduct thorough inspections of the premises, ensuring that all HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and in optimal working condition.

Execute skilled electrical and mechanical repair tasks on HVAC systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rectification of faults.

Perform detailed inspections, servicing, and alterations on heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Handle operations related to the alteration and optimization of HVAC systems, including recalibration and system configuration to enhance performance.

Operate and maintain water-cooled chillers, including system start-up, shutdown, and routine operational checks.

Monitor system parameters and adjust as necessary to maintain desired performance and efficiency.

Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance on air conditioning and cooling systems, focusing on tasks such as filter cleaning, lubrication, and component checks.

Develop and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules, documenting activities and outcomes.

Diagnose and repair minor defects in unit controls, thermostats, pumps, and water pressure regulators, ensuring system reliability and safety.

Utilize standard and specialized tools to perform repairs and calibrations.





Experience Range: 3 - 5 years
